    If I haven't done so already, I wanted to tell you how happy --no, thrilled-- I am with the stairs. The simplicity and lack of "nonesense" in the design is exactly what I wanted. When one's life is as insane as my own, one takes solace in the plainness of things, a beautiful stair being such an example. My dishwasher panel and my coffin-pantry also so much more beautiful than what I expected. I don't even know what I expected, but I know that I love it. Again, pure simplicity is the goal with my house, like the Shakers taught. You and Robb have figured out a way to do this effectively, so keep it up!!
