Whether you choose to deploy Vista HRMS on-premise or have PDS host and manage it, you get to configure and personalize Vista HRMS to your needs – because you own it with all of the long-term benefits that ownership brings. Unlike a subscription or “software rental” with increasing monthly charges for as long as you use the system, ownership produces faster, more predictable ROI and a lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Although a single integrated HRMS/Payroll solution, Vista HRMS’ individual components can be deployed in phases according to your particular needs. Vista also includes EasyAsk® from Progress Software, a natural-language search, query and reporting tool that provides answers to questions by asking in normal English language – not just the database names.

Recruiting: The Recruiting component allows Applicants to access a separate database outside your firewall to apply for posted jobs.
Benefits: The Benefits component is a comprehensive benefits administration system that accommodates your management policies and procedures.
Payroll: The Payroll component provides an efficient method of payroll processing with the flexibility to address individual customer requirements.
Self Service: Using a standard browser interface, Vista HRMS's Web capability can free your company's human resource, benefits and payroll staff from many redundant service tasks so that you can be more productive and more cost-efficient.
Workflow: Vista HRMS’ workflow component allows flow information with or without related documents to be passed around to different users in a pre-determined fashion, with optional requirements for input and decisions at each step.
Job and Position Management: Vista HRMS allows you to manage your organization not just from the perspective of employees, but also from jobs or positions.
E-Assistant: Vista HRMS’ e-Assistant is the middleware component of Vista. It provides an array of automated services, including task scheduling, system account and email directory management, and workflow processing, to extend Vista’s functionality.
On-Premise or Hosted Solution: In addition to on-premise deployment of your licensed software, PDS offers a Hosted option. PDS will manage Vista HRMS, your database, operating system, VPN and hardware at its Class A Data Center. It is a “single tenant” deployment – your individual system configured for your individual use on your database.
