Albert Garcia (COO Personal Best Inc.)
Albert Garcia is a dedicated wellness practitioner with extensive training in bodywork therapy and nutrition. He trained at The Swedish Institute and completed advanced studies in neuromuscular tissue therapy, trigger point, sports conditioning, cranial sacral, somatic, and is certified in neuro-linguistic programming. After studying nutritional coaching, he went on to work with the medical staff at Atkins Institute, developing and managing their supplement department and nutritional programs. 27 years ago he partnered with his brother, Oz Garcia, to form Personal Best Inc., a nutritional health and longevity coaching firm in New York City. In 2004, Albert also founded Restore Spa, offering advanced stress reduction modalities and state-of-the-art skin care therapies.
