- Founded in 1985 by a registered nurse, Health & Fitness Concepts, Inc. (HFC) is a Certified Women Owned Business providing health screening and lifestyle education programs to individuals through employers and community organizations. Over the past two decades, Kathy Freeman, R.N., founder and president of HFC, has assembled a pool of health professionals who have a common purpose of helping others improve their health and prevent disease through health screening and lifestyle education. Over the years, HFC's professionals have visited thousands of companies screening hundreds of thousands of individuals.
