Description:Originally started in 2002 as a division of a separate turnkey conveyor design and installation company, Diversified Automation rapidly grew in both talent and reputation for competence and excellence in the material handling controls industry. As a result, the division was split off into a separate company in 2003 by its founder and Owner Tony Young, and is quickly becoming one of the premier material handling controls companies in the nation.

Diversified Automation was started with the philosophy that system controls make THE difference in any material handling system. Tony began Diversified Automation after a 13-year career with United Parcel Service where he worked as a Project Engineer, building some of the most sophisticated automated material handling systems in the World. Because of this, Diversified Automation brings an “Owner’s” mentality to their client’s projects; one that focuses on what the customer’s needs are and puts these needs above all else.
