SAUSAGE = MIILLER'S
- Bryan Miiller bought a small meat plant in Llano, Texas, in 1985 after graduation from Texas A&M. Miiller's Meats was established to process beef, pork, and deer, with the addition of many varieties of sausage originating from old German family recipes.
Our recipes are still of the original German versions, while new recipes continue to be created. At present we produce over 30 different flavors of sausages for our customers. We also have a wonderful variety of hickory smoked meats that will tempt any appetite.
In 2002, Miiller's Meats became Miiller's Llano Smokehouse. The establishment was relocated to a new "state of the art" facility located on Highway 29 in Llano. Our retail store continues to cater to our Hill Country locals and visitors. We also distribute to restaurants, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities through our wholesale distributors, Performance Food Services. In 2009 we expanded our business to include Mail Order. Our beautiful e-commerce website, listed below, was established and we are now able to send our savory products through out the United States.
We are fully committed to manufacturing only the finest quality products. Our meats and ingredients are carefully selected to maintain the highest standards. Many of our fine products have won numerous awards over the years at the Texas Association of Meat Processors competitions. With our Mail Order we have extended our commitment of high quality products and friendly customer service to include our customers in every state. We are here to serve you!
