- Strategy Research Institute (SRI) is a supplier of "applied science" for purposes of policy decision making in both the public and private sectors. SRI is one in a "family" of three firms, the others being the Political Action Institute (PAI) and Integrated Marketing Communications Corporation (IMC Corp).
All sound strategic planning aimed at yielding desired behavioral outcomes (e.g., voting and/or consumer behavior) must be driven by highly "reliable" (accurate) and "valid" (truthful) INTELLIGENCE, both primary and secondary. Prior to founding SRI, like most political consulting and marketing consulting organizations, we outsourced our research to reputable, well known research firms. Unfortunately, more times than not, their predictions of voting and consumer behavior turned out to be inaccurate; thus, SRI was founded. Today, the Institute routinely PREDICTS outcomes of elections, for example, within 1% to 2% of ACTUAL voting behavior...and, always on the conservative side.
Due to the added resources brought to the table through PAI and IMC Corp, SRI goes far beyond predicting outcomes; indeed, we use the "intelligence" secured through the research Institute to develop comprehensive strategic/tactical plans tailored to the needs and desires of our Clients. As a result, we are often asked to help our Clients implement the strategies that grow out of the Institute’s research.
